Asana:
Quad Stretches! Take time each day to stretch out your these big muscles on the front of your thighs. Standing up hold the foot behind you drawing the heel into the hip. You can also try from a lunge, with a twist from pigeon pose , laying on your belly, and putting that foot against the wall. Perhaps take up a regular practice of Supta Virasana and variations. I truly believe it is a key to feeling better in our bodies and being more grounded on the earth!
