Roll and Relax: A Total Body Release

Stacey will create a healing space and support while she guides you through a self-massage sequence. Down-regulate your nervous system, release accumulated stress and tension, settle more fully into your body, and roll your way to greater ease and freedom. Grab your therapy balls and take 90-minutes to unwind your holding patterns and liberate your body and mind. You'll be glad you did!
DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE
Two Workshop Series
Rededicate yourself to your yoga practice this year. Join me at Mukunda Studio for a two-part series and take your practice up a notch. In these two sessions, we will work to stabilize and mobilize all the parts of your body.
The first session the focus will be on the hips, spine, and shoulders. Retrofit your Downward Dog and work towards building a Handstand.
The second workshop will expand on what we did in session one, adding hip and spine extension and back body strength to deepen your backbends and grow your confidence toward Upward Facing Bow.
Each class will utilize the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls to unglue the stuck spots. In addition, we will practice movement exercises for stability and mobility as we work toward the postural focus.
After the workshop we will enjoy a catered lunch and time with the community.
