Roll and Relax: A Total Body Release
Treat yourself to some time and space just for YOU. And make this part of your monthly self-care routine.
Stacey will create a healing space and support while she guides you through a self-massage sequence. Down-regulate your nervous system, release accumulated stress and tension, settle more fully into your body, and roll your way to greater ease and freedom. Grab your therapy balls and take 90-minutes to unwind your holding patterns and liberate your body and mind. You'll be glad you did!
A PROGRESSIVE APPROACH TO BUILDING STRENGTH
Build strength and stability this year with myself and a community of support. Each Monday at 5:30 PM, Pacific, I will offer a strength-building pose/sequence for the week. Then you practice it each day throughout the week - just 10-minutes a day to connect to yourself and build strength.
Some of the poses will cycle back around with more challenging variations. You will delight in watching yourself get stronger, increase your endurance, and feel more stable and connected to yourself.
Most weeks, I will go live on Monday at 5:30 PM, and the recording will go up shortly after. However, some weeks I may need to pre-record the challenge. Either way, it will always drop at the same time each week.

Inside Out: Embodied Anatomy, Functional Movement, and the Spirit of Yoga
Join me at Seattle Yoga Arts for this training in functional movement and embodied anatomy. This experiential approach will help you embody your own body more deeply so that you are better able to retain anatomical terms and principles.
Engaging in movement, therapy ball work, touch, and more, this program will bring anatomy to life – making it relevant to anyone with a body!
Stacey's ability to make anatomical concepts tangible, will help you to better see and understand all bodies, especially your own! Teachers who participate in this course will learn how to plan better classes, assess the bodies in their yoga rooms, and improve their instruction and cueing language, making them better all-around yoga teachers.
