Asana:
Practice “Dolphin Dog” and “Dolphin Stand”. Clasp hands and place your elbows on the floor shoulder width apart. Lift the knees and hips like Downward Dog Pose. Build strength by holding the pose longer and lifting one leg at a time up. Go near a wall and kick up to Dolphin Stand. Continue to build strength and open shoulders in Dolphin Stand by lowering your head to the ground then lifting up again.
