This is not a traditional retreat. It's an immersive journey through Colombia's landscapes, culture, and energy. We begin in Medellín, a city of striking transformation, where we'll explore vibrant neighborhoods, ride cable cars above the valley, and walk through the famed comunas with local guides who bring their stories to life. From there, we move into the lush hills of Marinilla, staying in a nature-immersed eco-lux setting where days are shaped by hiking, farm visits, hands-on ceramics, and meals sourced straight from the land. The journey continues to Cartagena, where color, music, and movement fill the streets. We'll settle into the heart of the old town, explore its rich history and food culture, cook and share meals together, drum on the beach, dance salsa, and take to the water for a day of swimming and snorkeling in the Rosario Islands.

Yoga practices are woven in throughout to support the experience. Morning practices will ground and energize you for the day ahead, while evenings offer space to unwind, and restore, keeping you connected to yourself as the adventure unfolds.
