Strength Training is the key to aging gracefully and staying active as we grow older. Yet, many strength training programs can lead to injuries, which often discourages people from trying them. I’ve spent years studying the human body, and in this program, I’ll teach you a sustainable approach to strength training. Just three times a week, for 21 minutes each session, you’ll receive guided, progressive workouts suitable for every level and body type. By building muscle, you'll boost metabolism, improve balance, and build resilience against age-related loss. You’ll feel the benefits in your sleep, eating habits, balance, strength, and flexibility.
Strong for Life provides essential tools to reclaim strength and vitality through simple, effective weight training for all fitness levels. Start where you are, and build strength, one rep at a time.
WHAT YOU'LL GET:
Six Strength Circuits: Each circuit includes six exercises, with a goal of completing 10 reps per exercise for three rounds, with a one-minute break between each round. Each circuit comes with two videos: a detailed tutorial to guide you through proper form and technique, plus a follow-along circuit video.
Recovery Support: Six 5-minute recovery videos designed to stretch and roll out tight areas, supporting muscle recovery and flexibility.
Bonus Workouts:
• Four 6-minute upper-body sculpting sessions focused on arms and shoulders.
• Two full-body workouts to add variety and challenge.
Progress Log: A dedicated logbook to track your reps, rounds, weights used, and notes, helping you monitor progress and celebrate milestones. Track digitally or print it out!
Video Access: Enjoy 90 days of video access, with the option to extend through a discounted monthly membership.
HOW IT WORKS:
Three Weekly Workouts: Set your own schedule for 21-minute strength training sessions, three times a week.
Tutorials and Form Tips: Watching the tutorial video for each new circuit to ensure good form and confidence.
Workout Circuit: Follow the circuit video—10 reps per exercise, 3 rounds, with a one-minute break between rounds. Go at your own pace and enjoy your favorite workout music.
Track Your Progress: Use your logbook to record reps, rounds, weights, and reflections, helping you see your progress over time.
New Content Drops: On Sundays of weeks 1-3 and 5-7, new tutorials and circuits will be released to expand your ability. You'll also receive an arm sculpt and a recovery video.
On weeks 4 and 8, you’ll revisit earlier sequences to reinforce progress and get full body workouts for integration and variety.

ABOUT ME
I’m Stacey Rosenberg, E-RYT-500. With 25 years of experience as a yoga teacher and training as a functional medicine coach, I know how to approach fitness safely and effectively. Around age 50, I embraced strength training myself and have since experienced the benefits of strength and mobility, helping me manage hormone changes and avoid related weight gain. I’m excited to share the benefits of strength training and my understanding of the human body with you.
