Join me for a day experience that will always include a great yoga practice suitable for every body and food that delights in the bounty of fresh, seasonal food from local, organic, family run farms and prepared by excellent chefs.

We'll spend the day in and interesting and beautiful place so you can connect with the land, move your body with alignment based yoga, and enjoy fresh, delicious food prepared by some of the best chefs in the area. Self-Care Sunday

Join us for a day of wellness designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

Begin with an invigorating hour-long yoga flow led by Stacey designed to awaken your senses and prepare your body for the day ahead. This practice will help you connect with your body and breath while releasing tension and stress.

Following yoga, experience the transformative power of our sauna and cold plunge. Connect with other wellness enthusiasts as you enjoy the invigorating contrast between heat and cold in Sundrop’s outdoor bathhouse.

Conclude your experience with a nourishing bowl by Cookma, a Sonoma based company, offering plant based meals designed for optimal nourishment and pleasure using simple and healthy ingredients rooted in Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine. Wild spring water will be provided by Alive Water for everyone to stay hydrated throughout the day.

This event is the perfect way to tune into your wellbeing and prioritize self-care.

Pause in the Stillness

This collaborative event comes with the promise of balance through yoga, relaxation, and nourishment. It falls just before the Autumn Equinox as day and night come into harmony, and we prepare to move into the shorter days of the last phase of the year.

Move your body in a dynamic yoga asana practice with Stacey Rosenberg. Savasana will flow seamlessly into a relaxing and deeply restorative and immersive sound bath using song bowls, gongs, bells, and chimes lead by LeeAnna Gregorian. Then come to sit at a communal table to nourish yourself with a delicious picnic lunch and great company with a farm-to-fork lunch provided by a local caterer.

You'll come away deeply restored and rejuvenated.

YOGA ASANA: Stacey Rosenberg, aka Namastacey Yoga, is a movement educator and passionate yogi who combines the science of functional movement, building strength, and self-care techniques with yoga's spiritual traditions to help you find more ease both on the mat and in your everyday activities. Her yoga classes are abundant with clear and concise alignment cues and rich with modifications and variations so you can meet yourself where you are and comfortably and confidently progress. She is passionate about empowering her students with transformational tools to live vibrant and healthy lives.

SOUND BATH: LeeAnna Gregorio (Lee) has facilitated dozens of sound healing events all over Sonoma County. Her work started by weaving sound healing into bodywork sessions many years ago. Sound Healing is an ancient answer to modern stress. Relaxing soundscapes help people sink into deep meditation. During a sound healing journey, your mind, body, and spirit are guided into a state of balance.

PICNIC LUNCH: Our lunch will be a seasonal offering by a local caterer. Farm fresh food prepared with skill and love.
