Are you ready to give your shoulders some love? Join me and the community for 10-minutes of practice dedicated to your shoulders. Make a daily date with yourself for 16 days in May and get the tools to thrive in your body.
This challenge provides everything your shoulders need to be strong and stable, feel good, and move well. And it can't help but include your chest, arms, neck, and upper back. It's the perfect addition to your daily schedule and will help keep you on track with your self-care.
The consistency of committing to daily practice is life-changing. By joining this challenge, you will strengthen both your body and your muscle of discipline. In addition, we will motivate and support one another while gaining the tools to improve your posture, move well, and feel better in your body.
This challenge isn't a substitute for full-length classes but rather an addition to them and a structure to keep you focused on taking care of yourself.
