Roll & Relax: A Total Body Release

Join in to unwind the patterns of holding and bracing in your body. Stacey will create a healing space and support while she guides you through a full body self-massage with therapy balls. Down-regulate your nervous system, release accumulated stress and tension, and roll your way to greater ease and freedom. Take these 90-minutes to liberate your body and mind. Please have a set of Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls or similar spheres. http://bit.ly/namastaceytherapyballs
