Balance Your Pelvis

Many muscles attach to your pelvic bones. And it is common for the pelvis to get misaligned, meaning one side is can be hiked up or pushed forward. This class addresses this issue by tracing the hip/pelvic bones with the therapy ball and looking for the tighter spots. End with a pelvic adjustment that may help bring your pelvis back into balance.
