Iceland: An Adventure to the Land of Natural Wonder
WITH STACEY ROSENBERG

Famous for its jaw dropping beauty and natural wonder, Iceland will take your breath away.
From the quirky culture of Reykjavik to the lush and rugged landscapes that feature natural hot springs, the Northern Lights, and much more, each day will bring a new adventure to dazzle your spirit. This journey will be a genuine holiday from your daily life and help you dive into the transformative power of travel and retreating. Come prepared to let go of routine and explore the natural wonder that is Iceland.
On this adventure you will explore waterfalls and geysers, tour the city, rest in the southern countryside surrounded by Icelandic horses, view the dramatic spectacles of the out-of-this-world terrain, relax in the hot waters of the Blue Lagoon, and maybe even catch a glimpse of Aurora Borealis. As you connect with nature and the land around you, the daily yoga practices will help you to connect more deeply to yourself.
The Yoga practices will be tailored to the energy and experience of the participants and focused on meeting the daily needs of the group. Morning classes will generally be an up-tempo, all levels practice to help you align your body, mind, and spirit with the nature within and around you and prepare for the activities of the day. The late afternoon practices may include self-massage with therapy balls and rejuvenating practices to restore you after the day’s adventures.
This trip is in partnership with an expert travel company called, The Travel Yogi. Come with a curious and open heart and trust that The Travel Yogi will take care of all the details. Leave inspired and rested, with a new-found appreciation for life, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Reykjavik Room Options:
Executive rooms offer comfort with Scandinavian luxury. Clean, crisp rooms with large bathrooms lull each yogi to sleep. Bask in the thoughtful extras of heated towel racks (a welcome luxury), long tubs and deep, comfortable beds.
Atrium rooms offer many of the same comforts of the Superior Executive room with a few slight differences. Atrium rooms will look in towards the spacious and natural-light filled lobby area and will be slightly smaller than their Executive cousins. All of these rooms can accommodate two beds for roommates and are a wonderfully comfortable alternative to the Executive rooms.
South Iceland Rooms:
Our rooms in the south are all clean and neat country-comfort with en suite bathrooms. They are smaller and more basic than the city hotel rooms but with unrivaled views. Gaze out onto the surrounding fields dotted with the property’s host of Icelandic horses or towards the museum building beautifully constructed, in part, with volcanic rock. Rooms will be configured with either two twin beds or one king based on your initial room request.
