The hip joint moves in 6 directions. This practice takes you on an exploration of strength and stretching in all of these directions culminating in some seated forward bends and twists.

Come to your mat and turn your attention on yourself and your yoga practice. There is a lot to be distracted by right now – this class is meant to help you steady, ground to focus and center yourself. We will practice standing poses, one pose at a time. No flow. End with a restorative pose to help you down-regulate and rejuvenate.
