Shoulder Flow Prone & Supine

Enjoy this full body flow that wakes up your core and opens your hips, chest and shoulders. Today’s ‘vinyasa” combines both a prone and supine versions. We progress through standing poses and balances in different arm positions leading up to an option to try a Pincha Mayurasana/Forearm Stand. End with a restorative.

Stand! Ground & Restore

Come to your mat and turn your attention on yourself and your yoga practice. There is a lot to be distracted by right now – this class is meant to help you steady, ground to focus and center yourself. We will practice standing poses, one pose at a time. No flow.
