Stacey will create a healing space and support while she guides you through a self-massage sequence. Down-regulate your nervous system, release accumulated stress and tension, settle more fully into your body, and roll your way to greater ease and freedom. Grab your therapy balls and take 90-minutes to unwind your holding patterns and liberate your body and mind. You'll be glad you did!

Strengthen Your Core, Improve Your Posture, & Deepen Your Breath
February 7 - 28, 2021
This challenge begins with the full-body roll out workshop on Sunday, February 7, 4:30-6:00 PM (included). Then, each day, Monday-Thursday, I will Livestream at 5:15 PM Pacific for 10 minutes to share the core exercise of the day. If you can't make it live, no problem; the sessions are recorded for you to do at your convenience. On Friday, either give yourself the day off, or catch up on anything you missed during the week. Then, on Saturday, use the video replays to repeat the whole week's sequence. 40-minutes of active work and at least 10-minutes of rolling. On the remaining Sunday evenings (2/14, 2/21, 2/28), we will use the Coregeous® Ball 5:00-5:45 PM, Pacific. Purchase one HERE.

• Work with the respiratory diaphragm to improve your breathing pattern

The consistency of committing to daily practice is life-changing. By joining this challenge, you will strengthen your body and your muscle of discipline. In addition, we will motivate and support one another while doing good for ourselves.
This challenge isn't a substitute for full-length classes but rather an addition to them and a structure to keep you focused on taking care of yourself.
