Your Daily Sadhana
Are you ready for a total body experience? Join the community and me for 10-minutes of practice each day for 30 days. This challenge is the perfect addition to your daily schedule and will help keep you on track with your self-care.
Each day of the week will have a different focus. So every week, you will touch on all of the essential spots in your body – from shoulders and hips to spine and core, restoratives, and much more. Make a daily date with yourself and get the tools to thrive in your body.
The consistency of committing to daily practice is life-changing. By joining this challenge, you will strengthen both your body and your muscle of discipline. In addition, we will motivate and support one another while gaining the tools to improve your posture, move well, and feel better in your body.
This challenge isn't a substitute for full-length classes but rather an addition to them and a structure to keep you focused on taking care of yourself.
