Have about as much fun with a yoga belt as I can think of in this class that targets your shoulders and spine. Use the belt to create strength and mobility in the shoulders as you move through a strong standing series with shoulder variations. Release the tension that accumulates in the neck, shoulders, and upper back and prepare for backbends.
