Twists are an important part of both your core stability and the mobility of your spine. Join me for a class that helps you understand the mechanics of spinal rotation, builds strength in the muscles that scaffold your spine, and improves your posture. We will move progressively through all kinds of twisted postures as we also stretch the hips to free the spine.

In this last class of 2020 we will work to stand steadfast in ourselves as we cross the threshold to the new year, Practice cultivated a strong back and open front . You can expect some thigh and chest opening, and hamstring, hip, and back strengthening all resulting in gentle backbends.
