This class will help you refine your understanding of your psoas muscles. These chief hip flexors and postural stabilizers are often weak, short, and tight. Students often get excited about the prospect of stretching the psoas. In this class I hope to help you better understand that these long muscles need to be strong and aligned. When they are aligned their length is restored. Strength and length will help better support you and give you more freedom in your hips and lower back.
