Have you been sitting too much? Take 30-minutes out of your day to relieve the stiffness in your hips and lower back. We will get to some of the hard to get to spots and help you get back to your day with a reminder of how to sit and breathe well. Please have a 2-3 blankets or a bolster and a blanket.
