In this series you will get to know your body using the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, corrective exercises, and yoga asana. Discover your body’s blind spots, create healthy habits and patterns, and reduce your risk of injury. In the end you will find more ease in the poses that seem difficult or unattainable and have the tools to live better in your body.

Known as “the King of all asanas”, the benefits of this inversion are numerous; helping soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and nourish the entire body while building your strength and self-confidence.
By working through a sequence of stages you will learn the proper technique for performing this ultimate posture. Each stage is designed to help you release tension and build the strength to support healthy alignment in your body.
Whether you are new to headstands or are currently practicing it, this workshop will refine your understanding, build your awareness, give you the tools to prevent injuries, and increase the benefits of your yoga practice.
