In 2012, four Bay Area Anusara Devis come together to encircle our community in this unique opportunity for these extended 4-hour practices with a singular-focus of building strength and experiencing freedom in a harmonious community. Developed as the ultimate yoga practice by Anusara yoga founder John Friend, the Eye of the Tiger cultivates the power and will of the spiritual warrior to become the highest vessel for serving goodness.
Tigers are known for having expansive territories, and so too, our 2012 practices will extend across the Bay Area from San Francisco to the East Bay to the South Bay.
