Using self-massage techniques, abdominal exercises, and breathing practices you will penetrate weak muscle fibers, awaken sluggish organs, stretch scar tissue, improve your breathing pattern, reset your nervous system, and boost your overall health and well-being. We will take a look at how the hips and legs, the shoulders and arms, and the spine and neck are connected to your center for both movement and stability.
