Conscious and strong movement is the foundation for balance and spiritual growth. Come build the fundamentals of strength and alignment for all types of poses and life’s activities. In this series you will get to know your body using the Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls, corrective exercises, and yoga asana. Discover your body’s blind spots, create healthy habits and patterns, and reduce your risk of injury. In the end you will find more ease in the poses that seem difficult or unattainable and have the tools to live better in your body. You will have fun while building strength and confidence, increasing your performance, and feeling better in your body to go out into the world and do what you love.
Come with enthusiasm, a playful attitude, and sense of wonder! This series is for all skill levels, and can be taken as an entire course or individual workshops. Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls are available to borrow or purchase at the studio.
These workshops qualify for the Yoga Tree 500hr and 1000hr Teacher Training Programs.
